All MSCAR members and parents are encouraged to request an account, this will enable us to to bring MSCAR into the digital age, and make it easier to keep in contact about upcoming events and distribute our newsletter. 2010-2011 State Project, Continuing the Legacy of Freedom and Opportunity
For this years state project, State President Emma Nizzari will raise funds for the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund, a non-profit organization that gives college scholarships to the children of Massachusetts soldiers who died in Iraq or Afghanistan.
